CUPIDOLLS 6th AVE Port Elizabeth

Sales lady at 6th Ave PE branch placed incorrect concentrated perfume in bag upon purchase. I phoned her the next day telling her I opened it and gave one spray before realising it was not correct perfume (All packaging look similar). She informed me that I could exchange it. Upon returning it for correct perfume, was informed that she could not exchange it. Pathetic if it was her mistake and if she let me drive 60 km after agreeing on phone to exchange it. I will not support this branch ever again as their trading practices are ********* and they do not care for their customers. Rather order online than risk their pathetic service
