Unhappy with end Product

<p>I ordered a cake from Tammy (the owner/founder of this company) and agreed on a design and paid the full (expensive) price believing it would match the design, as she assured me it would. Needless to say, it did not match my design, in fact, all she did was google the image, print it on edible paper and stuck it on top of the cake. She made such little effort on this cake, however still charged us as if she was doing the full monty. I asked her prior to her starting whether she can confirm her design to ensure we're both on the same page, and she resent me the same image I sent her, stating that it will look the same as my image. It didn't, and this is very disappointing because I communicated enough to ensure this wouldn't happen and she took the easy way out. Very dishonest and disappointing.</p>
