Horrible looking, small, over priced cupcakes

Ordered 18 x 3D cupcakes and paid R468. Got horrible looking cupcakes measuring 5cm in hight and 7cm in diameter. Doesn't look like anything on their website. Flat white round top with requested item on top. Who puts white flat ising on top of buttery ising? Did not ask for this, nevermind the white color. To embarrassed to present it to my guests.
