Disgusting cake!

Disgusting cake! We returned it because none of our guests would eat it. Not only did Cupcake Connexion refuse to refund us, they completely refused to acknowledge their cake was horribly inedible- they wouldn't even offer an apology. Not offering an apology was the worst part. If they could just have apologised rather than making us feel like such fools for returning their disgusting cake!
