ABSOLUTE SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

<p>It was my best friends 30th of which i placed an order for a two tier cake a week before the day. I adviced i would fetch it at 11am on the Saturday. When i arrived they looked like they had seen a ghost of which i asked if something was wrong and if i could see the cake. What i had realised was that they had FORGOTTEN to make the cake. They did not tell me that but instead **** and said they were behind time and they would deliver at 14h00pm ( the exact start time of the party). It is now 3pm and the cake has not artived. They then bring the cake and it was an abo****e disgust. It was not what i had ordered. It was clearly rushed (as they had forgotten) and was wonkey, off center, had holes in the cake and the actuall flavor was wrong. I had spomen highly of them to the birthday girl and i was absolutly embarrased. They wanted to charge me R1300 for it which i refused to pay. They had clealry forgotten about my order and out an absolutly disgustnig cake together. THEY SHOULD NOT CALL THEMSELVES PROFFESSIONALS.</p>
