SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT AFTER SALES

<p>I had my bedroom (2) cupboards supp**** and installed by Cupboard Value ( C.V.) Durban</p> <p>In March 2016. My several emails and telephone calls to the Owner Gerty Part to make good the shoddy workmanship on the bedroom cupboards were ignored. Gerty duly informed me that I could do what ever I want.</p> <p>On the 17th July 2016, I filed a complaint with the Kitchen Specialists Association (KSA),</p> <p>as C.V. is a member. On the 19th July 2016 I received an email from C.V. sales person.</p> <p> I quote the following per his email.</p> <p>“We at Cupboard Value pride ourselves to giving our best service to our customers, however we apologise that we have come a bit short in this aspect. My name is Sagren Govender I have been with cupboard Value for the past 19 years I have been installing cupboards for most of those years.”</p> <p>Sagren did a site inspection on the 26th July 2016. He duly agreed to make good all the shoddy</p> <p>workmanship, including replacing all 4 draws front panels that would have to be produced by the factory . However, all of the minor shoddy workmanship were done on 16th August 2016, except for the replacement of the 4 draws front panels.</p> <p> My follow up with Sagren per several emails and telephone calls, his response per email</p> <p>dated 9th September 2016, was he is sorry as he is very busy.</p> <p>To date I have had no response some 6 months after installation. I have no other option except</p> <p>request for help from another reputable supplier to make good CV’s shoddy workmanship, should CV fail to make good their shoddy workmanship in the next 10 days .</p> <p>Disgruntled.</p> <p>Prem Harichand</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
