BAD WORKMANSHIP AND POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS

<p>I work for an NGO that provides paediatirc paliative care. A generous sponsor paid for two cupboards which we need for one of our centres that provides support to young children. They needed to be custom made. An order was placed with Cupboard Value Ballito. They would not deliver and further on collection required us to load the cupboards 900cm x1320cm on to the vehicle ourselves. When we got the cupboards to our centre there were no handles and one of the legs had been badly mounted to the cupboard. Communication with the company both before collecting the cupboards and subsequently when bringing the problems to their attention have been met with disinterest and no willingness to assist. So if you want good quality products and customer care then don't use Cupboad Value Ballito.</p>
