Promises not kept

Their workmanship is beautiful, but their customer service is terrible. Work completed and fully paid for on the 28/03/2018, i am still waiting for them to pick up old wardrobes removed from our bedroom....contacted them several times via whatsapp /phone call even on their facebook page, all we get is 'we will come, by the end of the week'....full month gone, we now on month 2!
