VERY ANNOYED

<br> I called out Carol in May to provide a quotation on Minor changes to my kitchen, which quote we accepted, by putting down a 50% deposit. At first they were not happy about us putting down the 50%, as they requested full amount, but eventually agreed to the 50% deposit, which we paid in May 2015. We advised them, that we would be overseas for 8 days and that on our return they would be able to advise us as to when they could do the job. <br>
