Frustrated by Consumer financial Services

Please Help

I cant get hold of a company called Consumer Financial Services under the NCR. The number they gave me they are not even picking up.

I just wanted to find out if it makes sense to be put under debt review and when you try and contact the offices and number provided there is no answer of.

I was put under Debt review(Biggest Mistake of my life)...now they haven't been paying my Debtors for the past two Months which has now lead me into arears I am extremely frustrated because when I try to contact them of try to email them there is no answer and its has now been weeks...Mind you My credit record was up to date before this whole mess. All I want is for them to cancel this and send me the debit review cancellation letter. Also bare in mind that I haven't received any paper work from these people yet Money is being debited from my account every month.

please help because now I'm in arears due to non payment form these people.
