Heros' toe Zero's

From Hero to Zero. Absolutely pathetic!!! After about 1 hour of phoning they pick up the phone, only to hear how the phone gets picked up and placed on the desk and them going on like a bunch of clowns. Eventually you speak to someone (who's *********** I may add) and they transfer you to the wrong department. No wonder the customer service is so pathetic seeing that a bunch of *********** idiots are working there. Parts sales department are the only guys that know the job. I dont deal with workshop department so no comment. Accounts department is also a major joke!!!!
