Damaged Radiator Core

We had ordered generator engines from Cummins and had was instructed by cummins to pick up from UTI upon its arrival. The units were completely sealed when we had picked up and have pictures as well as documented proof that Cummins have supp**** us with damaged radiator core after unpacking and opening the unit.<br> However Cummins does not want to acknowledge that this is their fault. We could not PDI the unit at a brand store!
