Pay back my money

Renting out garments for graduation ceremonies from pre-school to universities and supplyer to law practitioners. I invest money in this Pty but the owner Hennie Bouwer terminate the contract and up to date paid back only half of my investment. He dissapear and even letters from my attorney were fruitless.
