Worst Service, Dirty Books

I absolutely love CUM books at Greenstone. Buy yesterday, I visited the one at Centurion Mall. I was so excited that it was bigger and couldn't wait to start looking around.

My first disappointment was, unlike the Greenstone one, there was no excited, and helpful sales person to great and help me out. And because I'm not fami**** with the layout, I needed someone to assist. The sales people were too busy with other things, such as packing the shelves (why can't you do this when the shop is not busy). I don't remember a greeting, and asking them to do something was like I'm bothering them. At one point I asked this lady packing the shelves to help me find a book, then she tellms me, can't you go to the till for someone to help you, can't you see I'm busy unpacking and packing the shelves! I was so shocked. Needless to say, I informed her that everyone at the tills was busy serving customers. She then grudgingly helped me.

My biggest disappointment was getting a dirty book! The spine, the cover, everything was dirty. I checked all other books, they were also dirty. There was no apology for staff despute the fact that I complained. But because I needed the book, and was desperate for it, I got it nonethess.

I walked out only having spent R700, which is unusual for me, because I spend upwards of R3000 everytime I walk into CUM books. I vowed never to go back there. I ended up buying the rest of my books online at Takealot.

I'm really disappointed in this CUM books, especially because Greenstone is so perfect. I was under the mistaken belief that the service was the same throughout
