Very bad advice, very poor service

I phoned CUM Books to ask if I could buy a gift voucher on line so my Mom could come to CUM Books and get the present she wanted. I was not told that after getting an on line voucher that you could not go to CUM Books with the voucher, but had to buy online. I then ordered the Josiah Manifesto book on the 23rd of December 2023.i received confirmation that I would receive my parcel 3 to 5 working days. I phoned the toll free number on the 28th of December 2023 and was told the book is still at the warehouse. They asked if they should expedite the order to which I rep**** "yes please". I was given a tracking number. I've been trying to track my parcel every day since the 28th. It doesn't get updated. It's still in transit (29th December). Today (2nd January 2024) I contact the toll free number to find out where my book is or what is the latest status. Internet express email me to ask my waybill number when a screen shot of my order number and waybill number was given to them 😒
