Once customers have placed an online order, they receive a confirmatory text informing them that "your CUM Books order is with DSV" and a contact number for DSV is provided : ***. Well, CUM Books e-commerce team, try calling that number. DSV are USELESS and they are damaging the CUM Books brand. I called that number 4 times and held on each time for between 5 and 7 minutes before giving up.
