Poor quality product

I bought a plastic water bottle at the beginning of January and there is a soft spot at the top of the bottle that has split and the bottle is now leaking. I only noticed this the first time I used the bottle today. This is very disappointing as the bottle was quite expensive and I was not even able to use it once.
