Poor customer service by Manager

I had a very unpleasant experience today at Cum Books Clear Water Mall, i was trying to return items purchased a week ago from another Cum books store, needless to say, i was not very successful in doing so, i was treated with much disrespect by the store manager, when i told her i would not support Cum books anymore because she made very little effects to help me,she said that it wouldn't make much of a difference because it seemed as if though i brought back stuff anyways, for me that was extremely insulting and my daughter was standing by my side, ehen she said this, i felt really embarrassed as i walked away, as i looked back the ladies behind the counter spoke poorly about me. I Feel incredibly angry especially being a Christian, ive always supported the store buying gifts for friends and family, well that was the last time id ever step foot into a Cum books.
