LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND NO DELIVERY!!!!!

I cant believe the level of service that I have received from CUM books. I ordered items online with the promise of receiving them in 72 hours. I placed an order, only to find out that It did not allow me to track the process of the my order, I contacted customer service online 5 times and only received feedback saying that my order is currently being processed. 3 days went by and I still have not gotten my items. I contact the customer service number only to find out that my items are out of stock yet they being advertised and I can only get my items the following week, when I actually needed it on Thursday. I ask to cancel this order and to refund my money, then get told that it can only get done a week later. I am terribly disappointment, Cum books have displayed that they not very trustworthy when it comes to they online service.
