Interview incompetency

So we handed my girlfriend CV in at the Kolonnade mall, all is good. We waited about 2 weeks when they called her for a interview. Once she arrived at CUM books in Kolonnade, they tell her that matric is required. Now I ask CUM books had two weeks to see this on her CV.

Now petrol money and time is wasted because of people not doing their job correctly. How do more than one person not see that she does not have matric? Also we told the employees who tooke the CV she does not have matric.
