Expectations fail

I visited the store to buy a Bible and the Spirit of praise DVD which I played but the second DVD wasn't playing. I returned it and spoke to a consulted which advised me that if it plays on their DVD then I cannot return it, and as I had wiped the disc then they cannot take it back. After the manager got back the consultant called to authorize that I can return it.Which I found to have taken up my time. I was then given a new one which was tested and seem to work on their DVD player. I got home and tried it on mine but still, the second disc does not play. After the bad service I had I cannot return to the store with my problem
