Defected items through online shopping

<p>I have ordered music CDs from CUM books online store and on receiving the item, it was damaged, this is the second time that this happens. After emailing CUM books online they had many questions about the CD and are reluctant to replace the item. Previously they have responded to me to exchange at a nearest CUM store; not sure why I should use online store if I need to use a branch. I will not make use of this service again. They are quick to take your money, but if there is a problem they are not interested. Poor service from a religious institution with zero ethical values.</p> <p> </p>
