Bul**** casuals

Today I was at cumbooks somerset mall. I assume the lady that helped me was a casual or new at cumbooks but she was very helpful, assist me in any way that she could but then came the permanent worker older lady named URMA or IRMA she insulted this lady right infront of all the customers in the shop while this casual only did her job. I felt so so bad for this poor casual she is a tall lady dark of complextion. She kept quiet and continued with her duties.

All I want to tell this IRMA lady is that, that is no way to talk to your colleagues. You dont have any manners and doesn't belong in such a nice book shop. To the casual lady may GOD continue tp use you HE will bless you in everything you do. Cumbooks please see to the manners and the well-being of your staff as from where I see it this poor casual was bul**** infront of lots of customers.</div>
