Bad service

I went into Cum books a few weeks ago on a Sunday , what terrible service!!! The guy operating the till was incredibly rude as was the staff member with him , I said to both of them i will never shop at your store again ,they didn’t reply! I went iinto your Clearwater your branch on Sat , what a difference from Luzannr and Jamie -Lynne .the manageress from Cresta did call me yesterday to apologise
