BAD EXPERIENCE
<p>Unacceptable bahaviour by a cashier at CUM Books Menlyn Mall . Please appoint individuals who are a reflection of what the store stands for. I stopped at the mall last night (26/07/2017) after work to get one of the books and a calendar that i have been wanting to get, got to the counter to make payment and found the most rudest cashier ever. Asked why she was so irritable and responded by saying that she had too much work, gave her my debit card to pay, did not not even have the courtesy to ask which account the payment should come from. i eventually just lost it and asked her to give me my card back because that kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. I have never felt so disappointed by a "christian shop" ever.</p>
