Bad attitude/service

<p>i went into the Northgate branch this morning. Three female employees were chatting amongst themselves by the counter. I looked around for a while (at the dvd's), none of them offered help. I then asked if they had a particular DVD in stock, they spoke amongst themselves and one lady slowly walked over to the section where I had already looked, with her back to me said "no we don't have it". It seemed they really couldn't be bothered to help or assist, didn't offer to check in another store or anything. Disappointing.</p>
