Not a good look.

My time abroad was great. The process of every thing was okay. Upon returning home one of the policies are that due to me having to pay for my luggage, I was be reimbursed for it.

I sent in all paperwork on December 17th and was advised that it would take 30 days to pay out. We’re a few days away from February and yet nothing has reflected into my account. Agents I spoke to at the agency waved me off saying I need to wait for it to reflect.

Its not a big amount but its the principle of how this has been handled that rubs me up the wrong way. Its been a week since calling and I have still not been reimbursed. However when it was reversed and it was me who needed to make payment, I was called every two hours.
