DO NOT USE CULTURAL CARE

This is very hard for me to write a bad review on someone else's business! But please all au pairs looking for a company please do not use Cultural Care! Here is why.

I app**** on this program in November. Everything went smoothly

So i did receive my agreement from Cultural Care and i signed everything went well in about 2 weeks from joining this program i did get an Host Family we matched and from there i did pay my program fee of R15 500.

I had a lot of interviews with the people off Cultural Care not once did they ask me if i am using any prescription medication and nowhere in their paperwork does it say something about medication.

So i told my host family about my medication (anti depressant) and they do not have a problem with it so i left it there!

I went for my visa and i did get it now i am done and ready to fly😁

Nope not the case then cultural care had a meeting with me again and asked me about any medication so i am an honest person and told them yes i am on anti depressant but its been 2 months me and my doctor are working on getting me of so i do not see a problem because before April 10 2023(departure date) i will no longer use any medication.

Cultural Care said its fine i need to send all my documents from doctor to them i did that and 2 days later they said sorry i can't go anywhere they do have a one year policy about medication and this policy of them is nowhere to find in any of their paperwork!

They did not even take my doctor's letters in consideration

They cancelled my visa so now i have a visa but can not go anywhere with it!

They do not want to refund my money so i have lost al off it.

Please be careful of Cultural Care!
