Swearing over phone and booked under wrong name

CultourAfrica is one of the rudest suppliers I have ever cam across. <br> <br> 1) They accuse me of not paying them after I did not continuously received their emails. I was accused of lying by Marelize after I continuously tried to explain that I did not get the email. When I finally got the email at another email address Johan admitted that they had problems with their emails even as far as Greece.<br> <br> 2) We asked them to organize certain vouchers for us on an MSC cruise for our children which they booked on the wrong name. Apparently it is allocated to the cabin and not the persons name. Another child is with our child and it was booked on her name. I was not inform about this and when I got the vouchers via another email I gave them it was listed on another persons name as well. They were not prepared to fix it and swore at me for wasting their time.
