Pathetic service

I'm truly disgusted, horrified and disappointed in the service I received yesterday while visiting The Cultivar Lodge. Upon requesting a viewing appointment as a high interest In using the Cultivar Lodge as a potential wedding venue, we have now decided that what we experienced changed our minds completely and would not recommend anyone to even consider this place as an option. Firstly, the receptionist (Mariette) gave us attitude about us even being there. Yes because of the national disaster, we had initially confirmed our appointment before arriving if it was still on. The nerve she had to ask if we really needed to do it at that particular time, and then also scolds at her colleague (Delia) infront us when that specific colleague confirmed with us. Another thing, the person who was supposed to show us around and answer questions (Delia); was extremely uninformative. She knew nothing! She said nothing! She wasn't able to answer even a simple question! How ridiculous is this! My word I work with clients myself and this is how you they treat their clients. Never again! This place shouldn't even be standing!
