Culemborg Motor City cannot fix thier own cars!

I am really so sick and tired of having to explain myself over and over and over again but here we are so again here is my situation. I took my car in as my engine light went on and had loss of power. My car was at Culemborg Motor City for two days and they obviously only touched my car on the second day. Anyway, they told me the car is fixed and i should collect it. The following day i had a funeral to attend to in Eastern Cape and about 1 hour into my journey the engine light came back on the car had the same issue of loss of power. Mind you i had to go say my last goodbyes to my grandma and there was no way i was going to miss this funeral. I had my family in my car and had to drive all the way to the nearest VW which was in Queenstown. The trip was obviously stressful as the car would not go faster than 89km. Imagine a trip from Cape Town to Eastern Cape with a car that cannot go faster than 89km!!!!!! This was a dangerous trip and extremely stressful trip. The car broke down and managed to get it to VW in QueensTown. The VW support at Queenstown was absolutely amazing! Even though i had no booking and it was almost time for them to close shop, they were happy to see to my car and do diagnostics. Big ups to VW Queenstown. They found that the one of my Fuel Injectors was faulty and showed me the diagnostics. They then called VW Culemborg Motor City and the service rep Shafiek said i should bring the car back for them to check it. I now had to drive the car back to Cape Town of which it took me two days to get there because the car had loss of power so could only reach 89km!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to take off from work and endured extreme stress and fatigue due to this long drive back to Cape Town with this broken car. Mind you, when i took the car the first time to get it fixed they said it was some air intake valve which after doing my research that part cost 250rand but yet i was charged thousands, wow Culemborg Motor City!!! And the VW Queenstown said that the part they replaced had nothing to do with the powerloss which i totally agree to. Then Culemborg Motor City took my car in and i told them that they will need to please fix what is broken and as a heads up the problem is the injectors. The next day i get a call to say the car is done but on my way home test driving the car the engine light came back on once again loss of power. It was only 20min after getting my car back for the second time!!!!!!!!!!! And when i got the car back, the service rep says the problem was not the Fuel Injectors but an air intake valve once again, come on Culemborg Motor City, get it right jees!!!!!!!!!! My car which i rely on everyday as i work nightshift is still not fixed after taking it in twice for the same ****** problem. What type of business is Culemborg Motor City running? Why cant you just fix the injectors!!!!!!!! I want a call back not from any service advisor, i want a call back from the Manager or workshop Manager!!! I am dropping the car off and i dont want my car back until it is fixed, and as mentioned i rely on this car so i want a courtesy car to use till you guys can get it right. This is just ridiculousness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
