They have a 7 day money back guarantee if a customer is not happy, they advertise "Fast Shipping" They operate from Delaware in the United States. Their refund policy state a customer has 7 days after they have received their order to request a refund this is a guaranteed refund. I received 3 small items on my large order of USD 290 and I immedately notified Cuddles Meow's Hazel in support my order was clearly exposed to the sun the items inside the small packet has gone off which is to be expected of perishable items travelling for 70 days, despite their website Guarantee they absolutely refused a refund. I offered they may collect the few products I have received from my large order I did not receive but they refuse any refund, be careful when dealing with this dishonest company , clearly all the management of this company has no intention to honour their own refund policy. They have rated themselves with 5 stars on their website claiming 20,000 5 star reviews, this is false advertising and this is an extremely dishonest company to deal with. Once you have paid forget Cuddles Meow to act in an honourable manner, even if yourentire order does not arrive and the 2 orders that did arrive one crushed and one expired they do not care.
