TAKES THE MONEY AND RUNS

In 2012 I paid a deposit to Rickus Christie of Cublo Drilling, who promised to drill/line/equip a borehole at my home in Sandton. That was the last I ever saw of him .....<br> Late last year I succeeded in extracting a small refund. Then Mr Christie told me that if I wanted more of my money back, I'd have to take legal action. I'm attempting to take him to the Small Claims Court in Pietermaritzburg, but the Sheriff has been unable to serve summons because a man at the registered address of Cublo Driling, 4 Dalkeith Road, Ashburton, Pietermaritzburg, told the messenger of the court that he'd never heard of either Mr Christie or the company!
