Still waiting for my borehole

Cublo Drilling did eventually arrive at my property 7 weeks after the date that they agreed to come and drill. The machines worked for 3 hours on the first day then broke down. On subsequent visits I never personally saw the machinery in action over the week that they were there. After the week end Dec 2015 they left my site without even once phoning me to update me on progress or lack thereof. They have still not contacted me and I have tried several times to contact them. Both his phone and Louis' his foremans phone remain off and they are unavailable. My e mails have not been rep**** to. I do not know whether they are coming back, if they found water or not or what is happening.
