UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
ADD MY HUSBAND AND MYSLEF TO A EXISTING POLICY I WAS TOLD I WILL RECEIVE MY POLICY DOCUMENTS WITHIN 24 -48 HOURS . IM STILL WAITING FROM THURSDAY 11/01/2024 IM NOW TOLD THE DOCUMENTS ARE QUEUED TO BE EMAILED OUT . " SHORTLY " I NEED THE DOCUMENTS TO FORWARD IT THROUGH TO MY COMPANY URGENTLY . I HAVE ALSO NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FROM LAST YEAR .
