Non existent INTERNAL CONTROL AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I joined the medical insurance in Dec and I never got sick and didn’t use it, I was struggling to log onto the app so that I can download my card, I struggled as it kept on picking up the old policy. Called them on Monday to get my new policy number and also my app sorted out the call cut, nobody called to follow up and continue the conversation and sort out my query. No call until Friday because i reversed the payment then I got a call only then. For 7 months I have been paying, nobody checked if my app was active or not. I am very disappointed, and I want to cancel my policy and I want every single amount I paid as I never used the insurance.
