Lame excuses

I took out a medical insurance last year and added my son this year the 04.08.2023 to date i haven't received my membership card when i inquired i got told that they no longer issue cards what nonsense is this i never received any communication stating this nonsense i read on my Email then some Guy Gerish or something calls me and tells me to download some app download it with whose expense and he had the audacity to tell me that other companies are also not issuing physical cards this is utter madness my card must be delivered to my physical address
