Unity Health and Elexi have been a massive disappointment. I signed up, they took my money immediately, and the moment I needed real help they refused to assist. I was told I could not go to the e mergency room because my situation was not considered life threatening. What kind of medical cover takes your money but refuses you basic care when you are in pain.

The whole system feels designed to block people from getting treatment. To see a specialist, you cannot go directly. You must first see a doctor, then wait for them to decide if you are allowed to see a specialist. It is a slow and frustrating process that leaves you feeling completely unsupported.

Their support team is cold, unhelpful, and talks like they are reading a script. No compassion, no understanding, just empty policy. I regret choosing Unity Health and Elexi, and I would not recommend them to anyone who needs reliable medical help.

They take your money fast and give you support slow. Absolutely disappointing.
