Bad service

Stay away people. Really bad service. Staff not capable of sorting out claims, take them 2 months and still not finalised claim correctly. They dont phone you back, dont reply on emails. They are really not reliable to sort out Gap Cover claims. I can prove every word I say. So bad that I cancelled my policy after 5 years with them
