Closes one business and starts another without refunding people

I paid R20 000 to Raymond Stevens who owned Imbali Studio for a website that needed to be developed. The work didn't even start and paid a deposit. The company got liquidated and then Raymond Stevens started a new company Cubic Snap cubicsnap.co.za which offers and provides the same services as Imbali Studio. So when I contacted him he still wanted me to pay for additional money for the website even though I didnt get any refund not did I get a website. Watch out and be weary of cubicsnap.co.za or Raymond Stevens - be sure to first get your website in hand before you pay any money to Raymond Stevens or cubicsnap.co.za
