Debiting my account without authorization

Hi I did an online application for a loan which required me to fill in my banking details. To this day I don't have any loan that was approved and a company by the name of Cubfin debited my account for R300 i did not authorize this and I have not requested for any other product of theirs I have tried to contact them but I am not getting any response I think this company is ******** money out of people if you are reading this cubfin please refund my money because you was of no help to me
