Best customer service Ive received in forever

I am very pleased to discover customer service is not dead. A BIG thank you to the EPETStore and their staff. I had a driver specially deliver my last order because he noticed I was just down the rd and took the initiative to bring my order through and today they delivered again promptly and I used the online chat to find out approx delivery and was pleasantly surprised by a follow up call to ensure that should my delivery not arrive in time I would have enough food. I am THRILLED with Eukanuba for ensuring that the staff are curtious as well as providing a top quality product
