I contacted them for a loan application. They phoned me to give me T&C. They deducted R300 from my account and I didn't even get to the loan part. I sent them an email to ask if they can give me a call. They rep**** by mail that there's a cooling down period so I won't be refunded and an amount will be deducted for the next 11 months but still they didn't call me.
