Good Day, I would help with filing a formal complaint against CubeFinance for unfair and ********* practice. I have enquired about a loan application on thier website as I was looking for a pay day loan however didn't accept thier terms or move forward when I spotted that They have hidden a whole service or product for R299 in thier terms. I was surprised that people could exploit people by hiding products and services in fine print to trick people into paying for stuff they don't want or need. They have taken R299 from my account even though I haven't accepted or agreed to any of those terms and products. I simply didn't click accept and escaped thier website. They still took money from my account though. I will be reversing it with the bank but I want to take this further. These people need to be punished for tricking and exploiting people.
