CubeFinance Debit Order ********!!!!

Unauthorised debit order taken from my bank account. I received a documentation from them via email, consisting of services they would provide and the loan amount I had queried, which I then had to sign and return to them, if I accepted their terms and conditions. I decided not to go ahead, thus not signing anything from them. Where the hell do they get permission then to take any funds from my bank account. Further more, I've emailed them twice, and also attempted to call them on numerous occasions, without any feedback.
