CUBE FINANCE - I DIDN'T TAKE A LOAN BUT THEY TOOK MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

I was thinking of taking a loan out with Cube finance but then decided i no longer needed their assistance, a call center agent from their company called in to ask when i needed money, i told her that i no longer am interested, this was the same day i app****. She confirmed that it was cancelled. Today they deducted money out of my account for no apparent reason, i did NOT use them and they did NOT borrow me any money but they TOOK money out of my account. This is ***** and ******* in my opinion and this needs to be reported. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!
