Zhuri studio no customer service

I went for photo shoot with my family in February I was promised to get edited picture in two weeks time. Later received an email that my pictures will delay due company construction but the promised to send the pictures before April. I tried calling the company several time but no answer today is the first of July still no edited pictures. I told them I was not happy with the service I received from them and the fact that the fail to deliver or keep to their promise. I requested a refund till today they did not answer to my massage and email . I feel they deceiving us client . I am asking myself am I the only customer who experience this kind of service with them. I want my R1200 back
