Worst experience ever

Bad experience ever at Cubana Caldswald,we have been there for over 2 hours and bought booze to last a lifetime but we couldn't get a table, had to beg and beg and beg, only to be told that most tables have been reserved in advance, even after customers left some tables we still couldn't be assisted, it's really sad especially being my first visit to be treated like this but what can I say, their establishment their rules, it's just sad that we spend thousand of rands and still get ****py service
