Worse service EVER

Worse service EVER at Cubana. I'm from Durban and the standard of the Durban Cubana Caffe/ Lounge compared to the one in Richards Bay are way Better then the one we received in Richards Bay. I don't know which words to use but my friends and I were not HAPPY, we arrived around 8:30 ordered something and no one helped us and that's from almost 7 different waiters, they had trainees which where more of help then the permanent staff. We ordered something around 20:30 and we received it the Next day ?1:45 I remember very well cause we were MAD we even checked our watches, no guys THE WORST Cubana ever. I was shocked seriously no one payed attention to us except the trainees who were trying the best to help us, people who arrived after us or requested something after us ( and we know this because they were sitting next to us) received assistance before us, I don't know if it's the fact that they know the customers they are regulars compared to us 1st timmers there I can't even mention names of the waiters because they don't even wear name badges. The staff needs proper training on customer service including the manager. If the business is doing well it's not because of the service but maybe they just don't have a choice its the closest place they can go to for food and drinks. Staff and the manager need training.
