Unsatisfactory treatment

I went to Cubana Claremont in cape town and the service that I received on this particular night was way below standard. We were ignored for a long time before getting any kind of service.. One of my friends couldn't get a chair to sit even though there were many empty chairs available. They have a policy of opening all alcohol after ordering which is not done in our presence.. It it unsafe as we do not know what may be put I would be there. I due to big buckets being used some of the open and umconsumed alcohol spills into the bucket full of ice water and the manager refused to compensate us for that. Not only is it unfair and unsafe but they are making the whole experience horrible. I am sharing the same sentiment as many other people I have come across. I it will be highly appreciated if their policies could be reviewed.
